Legal Counsel
Legal representative of the Agency in lawsuits, responsible for advising the institution in legal matters.
Planning, Programming and Coordination Unit
The unit responsible for making researches in order to prepare regional strategies, plans and reports; creating budget, work and spending programs; assisting local administrative bodies in their development efforts.
Program Management Unit
The unit responsible for creating the framework for supports provided by the Agency, receiving and evaluating the applications.
Monitoring and Evaluation Unit
The unit responsible for supervising the projects and creating reports allowing the payments made by the Agency;
Investment Support Offices
Units responsible for analysing and promoting the business and investment environment of their respective provinces; providing information and insight about the province to the investors; improving the investment environment of the province.
Project Development and Application Unit
The unit responsible for giving project making trainings, making field researches in order to create a project pool to improve the region in accordance with the regional plan; making feasibility studies; representing the Agency in national and international support programs.
Institutional Administration Unit
The unit responsible for ensuring stability and functionality of the Agency.
